I loved this photo of a swan with hydrangea which I took at Abbotsbury Swannery last summer. I knew one day I would get round to painting it. In my first drawing there were two swans with a cygnet but on my final drawing it looked a bit squashed so I ended up with just the two swans. Part of me wishes I had kept the baby in, but at least now I can use it for maybe a wedding or anniversary card.
