When I have anytime, usually after ten at night when I am too tired to paint I will try & keep you updated on what we are upto.

I think I like this Autumn design better than my Summer one, the same way I prefer the Autumn season, I love picking berries, seeing the autumn colours, lighting the fire again & not being disappointed every time it's rainy & cold!

I think I managed to include everything the Farne Islands has got in this painting apart from maybe Eider Ducks! For me this sums up the Farne Islands so I think it is my favorite of all the paintings I have done for Seahouses Tourist Information shop.

I always loved the Seasons song from Sesame Street, it gave me the idea to create a collection of mugs for each season. I enjoyed creating a small rhyme to go with each season.
I needed a new design for a advert in House Beautiful magazine for August so I got started on Summer. I do like my first drawing but nothing is in scale with each other so on the final work everything seemed to get bigger so I had to leave alot of the design out. I do love the finished painting but I am not sure if bigger is always better.
